Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to working with families to the best of our ability. However, due to our partnership with Laguna Beach Christian Retreat for housing and facilities, all refunds are subject to their terms and conditions. All lodging requests and changes must be made directly through Sonia and Charity—not Laguna Beach Christian Retreat.

2. Housing Refunds

Housing is arranged through Laguna Beach Christian Retreat. However, all housing reservations and changes must be processed through Sonia and Charity. Because we pay in advance for your accommodations, any housing refund is contingent upon their willingness and ability to refund the reservation. We will coordinate with them and pass any eligible refund on to you as soon as possible.

3. Conference Fees

If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, and housing has already been paid, we may offer a partial refund of the conference registration fee depending on how much has already been committed toward retreat materials, meals, or staffing.

4. Emergency Situations

If a medical emergency, family crisis, or natural disaster prevents you from attending, please reach out. We will do everything we can to work with you in a spirit of grace and understanding.
